Rental agreement
This is the text you sign during checkout. The countersigned trilingual PDF is emailed on approval.

Security DepositA refundable security deposit of 500 MAD (five hundred dirhams) is required, paid in cash at check-in. The amount is counted in the guest’s presence at the moment it is received.

Photo DocumentationEach apartment is photographed and/or video-recorded immediately before every check-in. This record establishes the unit’s condition and is the reference used for the post-stay inspection.

Inspection & ReleaseAfter departure, the lessor inspects the apartment against the pre-check-in record. The deposit, or any remaining balance, is returned to the guest only after this inspection confirms there is no damage, loss, or breach of these terms.

Withholding & Late DepartureThe lessor may withhold all or part of the deposit for damage, loss, missing items, or extraordinary cleaning. The agreed check-out time is 11:00. If the guest’s late departure delays or conflicts with an arriving guest, the lessor may withhold all or part of the deposit — any such amount assessed at fair value for any documented losses to the property.

House RulesI confirm that I have read the house rules and agree to comply with them in full throughout my stay.

Liability for InjuryI acknowledge that the lessor shall not be held responsible for any personal injury arising from improper use of the facilities, negligence, or reckless conduct by me or my registered guests.

Registered Guests OnlyI will not bring, host, or allow to stay any person other than those listed in the guest registry without the host’s prior permission.
This agreement is drawn up in English, French and Arabic; in the event of any discrepancy, the Arabic text prevails.
House rules

No SmokingSmoking is not permitted inside the apartments.

No Parties or EventsNo parties or events of any kind. This is a quiet residential guesthouse; any violation results in immediate cancellation without refund.

Registered Guests OnlyOnly guests listed on the booking may stay. No outside visitors or extra overnight guests without the host’s prior permission.

Maximum OccupancyMaximum occupancy is strictly enforced and may not be exceeded.

Quiet HoursQuiet hours after 22:00. Please keep noise down — this is a residential building shared with neighbors.

Rooftop & Shared SpacesNo shoes on the rooftop yoga deck. Keep the terraces and all shared spaces clean and tidy.

Respect Our NeighborsParking is available in the empty lot across from the building. Do not park in front of any doors or adjacent homes. The families in the neighborhood are extremely kind — please reciprocate that respect.

TrashBins are under the sink and in the bathroom. To empty during your stay, tie the bag and leave it outside your door — the house manager will take it to disposal. Ask the house manager for extra bags.

ID at Check-inMoroccan law requires every guest to register a valid ID (CIN or passport) at check-in; details are reported to the authorities. No ID, no check-in.

Care for the HomePlease treat the home with care. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss; report any problem to management right away.

Do Not Attempt RepairsIf an appliance or mechanism is not working correctly, notify us immediately and wait for us to send a technician. Please do not try to repair anything yourself.

Missing ItemsDo not remove anything from the apartment or rearrange the furniture. Guests are responsible for replacing lost keys and any missing remotes or linens.
