Cancel within 24 hours of booking (as long as check-in is more than a week away) and you pay nothing — your card was only authorized. After that: 95% refunded if you cancel more than a week before check-in, 80% within the last week, 50% within the last 48 hours. Percentages apply to the total booking value, capped at what you’ve paid so far — we never bill you for a stay you’ve cancelled.
