Cancellation policy

These terms apply to every direct booking. The refund is computed on the total booking value and capped at what you have actually paid.

Within 24 hours of booking, with check-in more than a week away	100% — the card authorization is simply released
More than a week before check-in	95% refunded
Within the last week	80% refunded
Within the last 48 hours	50% refunded

We never bill you for a stay you have cancelled. Refunds go back to the original card in euros, on the charges that were actually made, and any scheduled installments are voided.
